“Hakuna Matata” was inspired by the movie “Lion King” meaning “no worries” or “take it easy”.
It’s very difficult sometimes to get rid of our negative thinking and think wisely and calmly before reacting to the problems we face in life.
Sometimes the less you worry about certain situations, the quicker you are to recover from it.
The secret is not how we deny our problem but how we face it and deal with it.
