Return Policy for US and International Customers Excluding EU:
Return Window: To begin the return process, notify Delara Studio via email at info@delara.studio within (3) business days of delivery. A Refund/Return Form must be filled out and returned via email within 7 business days upon receiving it to determine the eligibility of a full refund or replacement. Note that photographic or video proof of the product defect may be required to determine refund/replacement eligibility. Determination of the refund is only possible after delivery of the returned item to Delara Studio unless otherwise instructed.
Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase directly from Delara Studio’s website is required for all returns. Third-party purchases are not eligible.
Successful Delivery: All pieces must be successfully delivered before we can initiate a return, with the exception of custom orders that are cancelled or altered prior to their completion or delivery.
Condition of Products: Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging. Any use beyond initial inspection may result in a refusal of the return. Please note that any damage incurred during transportation to Delara Studio may invalidate a refund.
Refund Amount: We reserve the right to deduct for any diminished value of the product. Only the product cost is refunded; shipping costs are non-refundable.
Inspection: Returned items will undergo inspection. Refunds are contingent upon the condition of the returned product. Only products deemed defective are eligible for full or partial refund. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on pieces due to sizing issues (i.e., table cannot fit through home’s doorway) or weight. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds on pieces that have been altered or customized in any way post delivery.
Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items.
Exclusions: Customized, personalized, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return. Customized products require a 50% non-refundable deposit. Products discounted through discount codes or Delara Studio Trade Program may have further restrictions on returns or refund eligibility and may be deemed final sale.
